Candidates must have at least 6 months UK experience within the past 24 months for Care or Support Worker roles, or 1 year UK experience within the past 24 months for Nurses. Newly qualified applicants for NHS roles will be considered. Candidates should have experience working in a care home environment, 1-2-1 support or NHS care roles.
