2022 has been a busy but exciting year of growth and development for H1 Healthcare. Not only has the company reached its 20th anniversary this year, but H1 Healthcare has also moved into a new office in Glasgow and brought on a vast amount of internal and care staff from across the UK.
Our 20th Anniversary
In February of this year, H1 Healthcare reached an incredible 20 years of business. Founded in 2002 with staffing a single care home in Aberdeenshire, H1 Healthcare now provides care across the UK. In February we shared various photos of the company throughout the years, as well as an article with the Chairman and Founder of H1 Healthcare, Pamela Easen. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of H1 Healthcare for the last 20 years.
We look forward to the future of H1 Healthcare. To read the article “Looking back over 20 years - Interview with H1 Healthcare Founder, Pamela Easen” click here.
The Qintil App
Along with our associated company, Qintil, we brought out the Qintil App. The Qintil app allows healthcare professionals to take control of their careers. This can be through keeping a digital record of your training, documents and qualifications. Plus Healthcare professionals can submit their availability, they can find the shifts they want to work or pick up extra shifts instantly that fit their availability. H1 staff can not only take control of their shifts but have them digitalised and on their phone meaning, they are portable and can be accessed 24/7. Everything is kept safe, all in one place. The New Office
This year we moved into our new office in Glasgow. This will be our new Hub for our internal staff to work, for our training to take place and for any of our staff to come and visit and have a cup of tea or coffee and relax. We shall be using our new office to host events too.
Our new office is a warm modern-designed office in central Glasgow near Buchanan Bus Station which allows our staff to come into our office frequently and work. This is so important after having to work from home over the pandemic and previously having a much smaller office. Now we have a lot more workspace meaning more staff can be in the office and can interact with each other creating a positive work environment.
Scottish Care Home Conference and Care Home Awards
This November, H1 Healthcare attended the Scottish Care Home Conference that took place at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow. H1 and Qintil were both exhibitors and had a table each at the Conference throughout the day meeting and greeting lots of people and sharing information about each company.
Following the Scottish Care Home Conference, there was the Care Home Awards 2022 which H1 Healthcare sponsored. H1 Healthcare sponsored the arrival drinks and table wine. We want to say a huge thank you to Scottish Care for organising both the Care Home Conference and the Care Home Awards and give a huge congratulations to all those who won awards at this event.
Thank you to everyone who has helped, supported or worked with H1 Healthcare over 2022. We look forward to what 2023 has in store for us.
